Furthermore, we have expanded our garden to create a small wellness paradise for our guests. The picturesque lake, made to blend into the landscape with loving detail, is particularly inviting: take an afternoon to lounge in the sun, cool of in the water or simply relax and admire the surrounding beauty that is the Stubaital and its mountains. ORGANIC SAUNA

You will find that the temperature in our organic sauna, also known as a sanarium, is lower than in classic (Finnish) saunas. Usually, the temperature is between 45-60 °C and the humidity is between 40-55%. For these reasons it is considered to be gentler on your circulatory system. Fits 2-4 people.

FINNISH SAUNA

Our Finnish sauna fits 6-10 people. Temperatures lie between 80 to 100 degrees Celsius, ensuring absolute bliss and relaxation thanks to the addition of essential oils.

INFRARED CABIN

At 30 degrees Celsius, our infrared cabin helps to stimulate blood flow. Fits 2 people. Recommended if you’re having joint problems. You will feel pleasantly warm.
